Worthy Life Award:<\/h3>\n

The most important special\u00a0award within the Trail Life USA program centers on faith.\u00a0This can be\u00a0Worthy Life Award, offered by Trail Life USA, or an award that fits the\u00a0requirements that may be offered by a denomination or faith tradition.\u00a0Requirements are different for different age groups.\u00a0Crosses are awarded at each program\u00a0level on completion of the Worthy Life Award requirements, with the first cross awarded\u00a0along with the Worthy Life implement itself.\u00a0A Woodlands Trail Trailman can earn up to three crosses in his 6 program years. These\u00a0crosses adorn the green ribbon. A fully-adorned Worthy Life Award will have 3 crosses\u00a0on the green Woodlands Trail ribbon, one cross on the gray Navigators ribbon, and one\u00a0cross on the blue Adventurers ribbon. The Worthy Life Award is\u00a0one of only two awards that continue to be worn by the Trailman as long as he is a\u00a0member of Trail Life USA.<\/p>\n

Timberline Award:<\/h3>\n

The Timberline Award is the highest award a Trailman can achieve\u00a0in the Woodlands Trail program and it is available only to Mountain Lion Trailmen. It was\u00a0developed to celebrate a boy’s entrance into the new world of Trail Life USA’s\u00a0Navigators program. Just\u00a0as\u00a0the\u00a0tall timbers\u00a0stop\u00a0at the\u00a0timberline’s edge, so\u00a0must\u00a0a Mountain Lion’s time\u00a0stop in the Woodlands Trail program. As the Trailman proceeds on his individual path,\u00a0he leaves the Woodlands Trail and embarks on a new\u00a0trail of exploration and experiences. The Trailman\u00a0leaves with many good wishes and prayers that he will\u00a0continue to Walk Worthy with the God Who created\u00a0him, loves him, and guides him.<\/p>\n
